of <h1>Madhya Pradesh GST Rules Amended: FORM GST REG-01 Now Requires Electricity Bill Details for Business Registration. Effective June 2024.</h1> The Madhya Pradesh State Government has amended the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, effective from June 1, 2024. Under the new amendments, changes have been made to FORM GST REG-01. Specifically, serial number 24 now requires details of the electricity bill, including the name of the electricity distribution company and the consumer account number. Additionally, a new requirement has been added to the list of documents to be uploaded, mandating a copy of the electricity bill as proof of the principal place of business.
