of <h1>Nagaland Extends GSTR-1 Filing Deadline for November 2022 to December 13 for Certain Tamil Nadu Districts.</h1> The Government of Nagaland issued Notification No. 5/2022 on December 13, 2022, amending a previous notification to extend the deadline for registered persons to submit details of outward supplies in Form GSTR-1 for November 2022. This extension applies specifically to those whose principal place of business is in certain districts of Tamil Nadu, including Chennai and others, allowing them until the 13th day of the following month to file. This decision was made under the authority of the Nagaland Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, based on recommendations from the Council.
