of <h1>Puducherry GST Amendment Extends GSTR-1 Filing Deadline for March 2024 to April 12, 2024, for Eligible Taxpayers.</h1> The Government of Puducherry has issued an amendment to the notification dated 30th November 2020, under the Puducherry Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendment, effective from 11th April 2024, extends the deadline for registered persons to furnish details of outward supplies in FORM GSTR-1 for the tax period of March 2024. The new deadline is set for the 12th of April, 2024, applicable to those not required to file under the proviso of sub-section (1) of section 39 of the Act.
