of <h1>Telangana amends GST Notification No. 13/2017 to include Courts and Tribunals in clause (h), effective March 1, 2023.</h1> The Government of Telangana has issued an amendment to Notification No. 13/2017-State Tax (Rate) through G. O. Ms. No. 115, dated August 25, 2023. This amendment, made under the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, modifies the explanation in clause (h) of the original notification. The words 'and State Legislatures' are replaced with ', State Legislatures, Courts and Tribunals.' The amendment is effective from March 1, 2023.
