of <h1>Madhya Pradesh GST: New Reporting Rules for Manufacturers on Packing Machines and Daily Records Effective July 31, 2023.</h1> The Madhya Pradesh State Government has issued a notification under the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, outlining a special procedure for registered manufacturers of specific goods. These manufacturers must submit details of their packing machines using Form SRM-I within 30 days of the notification. New registrants must comply within 15 days of registration. Additional machines must be reported within 24 hours using Form SRM-IIA, and removals via Form SRM-IIB. Manufacturers must maintain daily records of inputs, outputs, and electricity usage, and submit a monthly statement in Form SRM-IV. The notification is effective from July 31, 2023.
