of <h1>Gujarat Government Activates Section 6 of GST Amendment Act 2021, Effective from October 1, 2021.</h1> The Government of Gujarat has issued Notification No. 16/2021-State Tax, dated 1st November 2021, under the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2021. This notification, authorized by the Deputy Secretary to the Government, announces that the provisions of section 6 of the Amendment Act will come into effect on 1st October 2021. The notification is issued under the authority of sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Amendment Act and is enacted in the name of the Governor of Gujarat.
