of <h1>Gujarat Amends GST Notification; Adds Reference to Sub-section (6A) Effective 24th September 2021.</h1> The Government of Gujarat has amended Notification No. (GHN-9)GST-2019/S.25 (6D) (2)-TH dated 2nd March 2021 under the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Effective from 24th September 2021, the amendment involves inserting the words, brackets, figure, and letter 'sub-section (6A) or' into the first paragraph of the original notification. This change is made following the recommendations of the Goods and Services Tax Council and is issued by the Finance Department of Gujarat, represented by the Deputy Secretary to the Government.
