of <h1>Gujarat Consumer Welfare Fund Established u/s 57 of GST Act 2017, Effective July 1, 2017.</h1> The Government of Gujarat has established the Gujarat Consumer Welfare Fund under section 57 of the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This fund is created for the purposes outlined in the Act, effective from July 1, 2017. The notification was issued by the Finance Department on August 11, 2021, in Gandhinagar, and it was authorized by the Deputy Secretary to the Government.
