of <h1>Amendment to Notification No. 04/2019: New Composition for Appellate Authority in Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu.</h1> The notification amends Notification No. 04/2019 regarding the composition of the Appellate Authority for Advance Ruling in the Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu. The amendment specifies that the Appellate Authority will now include the Chief Commissioner of Central Tax, Vadodara Zone, and the Commissioner of Union Territory Goods and Services Tax for Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu. Additionally, the serial number in the table is updated, re-numbering the previous entry. This amendment takes effect upon publication in the Official Gazette.
