of <h1>Tamil Nadu Launches Public Tech Platform for Frictionless Credit under GST Act, Effective February 2024.</h1> The Governor of Tamil Nadu, under the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has notified the 'Public Tech Platform for Frictionless Credit' as a system for information sharing via the common portal, based on consent. This platform, developed by the Reserve Bank Innovation Hub, facilitates a large credit ecosystem, enabling digital access to information from various data sources. It allows financial and data service providers to converge using a standardized API framework. This notification is effective from February 22, 2024, as per the directive issued by the Secretary to Government, Commercial Taxes and Registration Department.
