of <h1>Gujarat Amends GST Notification to Update Fly Ash Products Classification Effective July 18, 2022, per Sections 11(1) & 16(1.</h1> The Government of Gujarat has issued an amendment to Notification No. 02/2022-State Tax (Rate) under the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Effective from July 18, 2022, the amendment alters the entry in the notification's table for Sl. No. 1, replacing it with 'Fly ash bricks; Fly ash aggregates; Fly ash blocks.' This change is made under the authority of sections 11(1) and 16(1) of the Act, following recommendations from the Goods and Services Tax Council. The notification is authorized by the Deputy Secretary to the Government.
