of <h1>Haryana forms new State Level Screening Committee u/r 123 for Anti-Profiteering Authority, replacing 2017 notification.</h1> The Haryana Government's Excise and Taxation Department has issued a notification under Rule 123 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, in conjunction with Rule 123(2) of the Central Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. This notification, dated March 14, 2024, establishes a State Level Screening Committee for the Anti-Profiteering Authority under the HGST Act, 2017. The committee comprises the Additional Commissioner (Technical) from the CGST Commissionerate, Panchkula, and the Additional Excise and Taxation Commissioner (GST) from Haryana. This notification supersedes a previous one from September 6, 2017, except for actions already completed.
