of <h1>Andhra Pradesh amends GST notification to extend deadline from June 30 to August 31, 2023, effective retroactively.</h1> The Government of Andhra Pradesh has amended the notification G. O. Ms. No. 218, originally dated May 16, 2023, under the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Acting on the recommendations of the Goods and Service Tax Council, the amendment changes the deadline mentioned in the original notification from '30th day of June, 2023' to '31st day of August, 2023.' This amendment is effective retroactively from June 30, 2023, as ordered by the Secretary to the Government (CT) Finance.
