of <h1>Andhra Pradesh Extends GST Compliance Deadline from June 30 to August 31, 2023, u/s 128 Amendment.</h1> The Government of Andhra Pradesh, under the authority of section 128 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has amended a previous notification (G. O. Ms. No. 219, dated May 16, 2023). The amendment changes the date '30th day of June, 2023' to '31st day of August, 2023.' This amendment is retroactively effective from June 30, 2023, as per the order issued by the Secretary to the Government (CT) Finance, under the Governor of Andhra Pradesh's name.
