of <h1>Chhattisgarh Amends GST Notification: Deadline Extended from June 30 to August 31, Effective Retroactively.</h1> The Government of Chhattisgarh has issued Notification No. 25/2023 under the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, amending Notification No. 07/2023. The amendment changes the date in the proviso from '30th day of June, 2023' to '31st day of August, 2023.' This amendment is effective retroactively from June 30, 2023. The notification was issued by the Commercial Tax Department on January 18, 2024, under the authority of the State Government and the recommendations of the Council.
