<h1>Chhattisgarh Amends GST Notification; Date Changed from June 30 to August 31, 2023, per Notification No. 23/2023.</h1> The Government of Chhattisgarh, through its Commercial Tax Department, has issued Notification No. 23/2023, amending Notification No. 03/2023-State Tax. This amendment, effective retroactively from June 30, 2023, changes the specified date from '30th day of June, 2023' to '31st day of August, 2023' under the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendment follows the recommendations of the Council and is issued by the order of the Governor of Chhattisgarh.
