of <h1>Odisha amends GST Act to exempt intra-state supplies of 'Rab, other than pre-packaged and labelled' from taxes, effective March 1, 2023.</h1> The Government of Odisha has issued a notification amending a previous notification under the Odisha Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Acting on the recommendations of the Goods and Services Tax Council, the amendment exempts intra-state supplies of 'Rab, other than pre-packaged and labelled' from certain tax obligations. This amendment is added to the existing schedule of exemptions, specifically under Serial No. 94. The notification is effective retroactively from March 1, 2023.
