of <h1>Puducherry GST Amendment: Changes to Schedule-I Entries for Serial Numbers 165 and 165A Effective January 2024.</h1> The Government of Puducherry has issued an amendment to the notification G.O. Ms. No. 1/2017-Puducherry GST (Rate), dated June 29, 2017, under the Puducherry Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendment, effective from January 4, 2024, modifies entries in Schedule-I at 2.5% GST rate. Specifically, for Serial Numbers 165 and 165A, the existing entries are replaced with '2711 12 00, 2711 13 00, 2711 19 10.' This change was made under the authority of the Lieutenant-Governor of Puducherry, following the Council's recommendations.
