of <h1>Delhi GST Notification Amended: Serial 19C Now Covers 'Satellite Launch Services' Effective July 27, 2023.</h1> The notification amends Notification No. 12/2017-State Tax (Rate), dated 30.06.2017, under the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Issued by the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi, the amendment changes the entry in the table against serial number 19C to 'Satellite launch services.' This amendment is made in the public interest following the recommendations of the Council and will take effect from 27th July, 2023. The notification is authorized by the Deputy Secretary of the Finance (Expenditure-I) Department of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
