Tamil Nadu GST Act Amendment: Deadline in Notification No. II(2)/CTR/1041(d-2)/2017 Extended to August 31, 2023.

The Governor of Tamil Nadu has issued an amendment to Notification No. II(2)/CTR/1041(d-2)/2017 under the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This amendment changes the date in the seventh proviso from "30th day of June, 2023" to "31st day of August, 2023." The amendment is effective retroactively from June 30, 2023.
