of <h1>Manipur GST Amendment: Sections 2-28 (excluding 16-21) Effective Oct 1, Sections 16-21 Retroactive from Aug 1.</h1> The Government of Manipur has issued Notification No. 22/2023-STATE TAX, dated September 30, 2023, under the Manipur Goods and Services Tax (6th Amendment) Ordinance, 2023. The notification specifies that the provisions of sections 2 to 28, excluding sections 16 to 21, will be effective from October 1, 2023. Sections 16 to 21 are retroactively effective from August 1, 2023. This notification was issued by the Chief Secretary (Finance) of the Government of Manipur.
