of <h1>Chhattisgarh Amends GST Notification to Update Forward Charge Wording, Effective July 27, 2023, per Council Recommendations.</h1> The Government of Chhattisgarh has issued an amendment to Notification No. 13/2017-State Tax (Rate), dated 28th June 2017. This amendment, effective from 27th July 2023, modifies the wording in Annexure III of the original notification. The phrase 'during the Financial Year ____ under forward charge' is replaced with 'from the Financial Year ____ under forward charge and have not reverted to reverse charge mechanism.' This change is made under the authority of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, following the recommendations of the Council.
