of <h1>Chhattisgarh exempts businesses with turnover up to Rs. 2 crore from filing annual GST return for 2022-23.</h1> The Government of Chhattisgarh, through Notification No. 32/2023, exempts registered persons with an aggregate turnover of up to two crore rupees in the financial year 2022-23 from filing an annual return for that year. This decision is made under the authority of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and follows recommendations from the Council. The notification was issued by the Commercial Tax Department on November 3, 2023, and is enacted in the name of the Governor of Chhattisgarh.
