Constitutes an Approval Committee for the aluminium and aluminium products Special Economic Zone at Village Lapanga under the power conferred by sub section (1) of section 13 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005, naming the Development Commissioner as Chairperson and specifying ex officio members from Commerce, Foreign Trade, Customs or Central Excise, Income Tax, Finance (Banking), two State nominated officers and a developer representative as Special Invitee, with provision for a Joint Development Commissioner to act in the Chairperson's absence.
