of <h1>Goa Amends GST Notification to Include Millet Flour Products; New Entry S. No. 94A Effective October 2023.</h1> The Government of Goa has amended Notification No. 38/1/2017-Fin(R&C)(2/2017-Rate) dated June 30, 2017, under the Goa Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendment, effective from October 20, 2023, adds a new entry, S. No. 94A, to the schedule. This entry pertains to food preparations of millet flour in powder form, which must contain at least 70% millets by weight, excluding pre-packaged and labeled products. This decision is based on the recommendations of the Council and is deemed necessary in the public interest.
