No. 94.</h1> The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has amended Notification No. SRO-GST-2 dated 08-07-2017 under the Jammu and Kashmir Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This amendment, effective from March 1, 2023, involves an addition to the schedule at S. No. 94, where a new item '(iii) Rab, other than pre-packaged and labelled' has been inserted. This change was made following the recommendations of the Council and is officially ordered by the Secretary of the Finance Department.
