<h1>Common Adjudicating Authority Appointed for Jubilant Ingrevia Cases in UP and Maharashtra Under Customs Act, 1962.</h1> The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs has issued Notification No. 80/2023, appointing a Common Adjudicating Authority under the Customs Act, 1962. This authority is designated to handle the adjudication of Show Cause Notices related to M/s Jubilant Life Sciences Ltd. (now Jubilant Ingrevia Ltd.) at specified locations in Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra. The appointed officer will assume the powers and duties of the officers previously assigned to these cases. The notification becomes effective upon its publication in the official gazette.
