of <h1>Madhya Pradesh Implements GST Amendment Ordinance 2023 Effective October 1st u/s 1(2) Authority.</h1> The Madhya Pradesh government has issued a notification to implement the provisions of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Ordinance, 2023. The ordinance, referenced as CT-8-0017-2023-Sec-1-V (CT) (43), is set to be effective from October 1, 2023. This decision is made under the authority granted by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the ordinance. The notification is issued by the Commercial Tax Department, Mantralya, Vallabh Bhawan, Bhopal, and is authorized by the Deputy Secretary, in the name of the Governor of Madhya Pradesh.
