of <h1>Karnataka GST Amendment Ordinance 2023 Effective from October 1, 2023, as per Section 1(2) Notification.</h1> The Government of Karnataka has issued a notification under the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Ordinance, 2023, appointing October 1, 2023, as the effective date for the implementation of its provisions. This ordinance, referenced as Karnataka Ordinance No. 04 of 2023, is enacted under the authority granted by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the ordinance. The notification was issued by the Under Secretary to the Government, Finance Department, on behalf of the Governor of Karnataka.
