of <h1>Puducherry Government Extends GST Deadline to August 31, 2023, Retroactive from June 30, 2023.</h1> The Government of Puducherry has amended Notification G.O. Ms. No. 4, dated 19th May 2023, through G.O. Ms. No. 14, dated 4th August 2023. This amendment, made under the Puducherry Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, changes the deadline from '30th day of June, 2023' to '31st day of August, 2023.' The amendment is effective retroactively from 30th June 2023, as ordered by the Lieutenant-Governor and communicated by the Additional Secretary to the Government, Commercial Taxes.
