of <h1>Puducherry Amends GST Notification: Deadline Extended from June 30 to August 31, Effective Retroactively.</h1> The Government of Puducherry has issued an amendment to a previous notification (G.O. Ms. No. 3, dated 19th May 2023) under the Puducherry Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendment, authorized by the Lieutenant-Governor and recommended by the Council, extends the deadline specified in the original notification from 30th June 2023 to 31st August 2023. This change is effective retroactively from 30th June 2023. The notification was issued by the Commercial Taxes Secretariat under the order of the Lieutenant-Governor.
