of <h1>Puducherry GST Act Amendment: Deadline Extended from June 30 to August 31, 2023, Effective Retroactively.</h1> The Government of Puducherry has amended Notification G.O. Ms. No. 2, dated January 3, 2018, under the Puducherry Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendment, issued by the Commercial Taxes Secretariat, extends the date in the sixth proviso from June 30, 2023, to August 31, 2023. This change, recommended by the Council, is effective retroactively from June 30, 2023.
