of <h1>Jharkhand Amends GST Notification: Deadline Extended from June 30 to August 31, Effective Retroactively.</h1> The Government of Jharkhand, exercising its authority under the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has amended Notification No. 03/2023-State Tax dated 5th June 2023. The amendment changes the deadline mentioned in the original notification from '30th day of June, 2023' to '31st day of August, 2023.' This amendment is effective retroactively from 30th June 2023. The notification was issued by the Secretary of the Commercial Taxes Department under the order of the Governor of Jharkhand.
