of <h1>Haryana GST (Amendment) Act 2023: Sections 3-6, 8-15, 22-25 Effective October 1; Sections 16-21 Active Since August 1.</h1> The Haryana Government's Excise and Taxation Department has issued a notification under the Haryana Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2023, specifying the commencement dates for various sections of the Act. Sections 3 to 6, 8 to 15, 22 to 25, and clause (b) of section 26 will come into effect on October 1, 2023. Meanwhile, sections 16 to 21 have been in force since August 1, 2023. This notification is authorized by the Governor of Haryana and communicated by the Principal Secretary of the department.
