of <h1>Goa Govt Authorizes Account Aggregators to Access GST Data u/s 158A, Effective October 1, 2023.</h1> The Government of Goa, exercising its powers under section 158A of the Goa Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and section 20 of the Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has notified 'Account Aggregator' as systems authorized to receive information via the common portal with consent. This notification, effective from October 1, 2023, defines 'Account Aggregator' as a non-financial banking company operating under Reserve Bank of India guidelines as per the Non-Banking Financial Company-Account Aggregator Directions, 2016. The notification was issued by the Department of Finance, Revenue & Control Division, Goa.
