of <h1>Goa GST Act: New Reporting Rules for Manufacturers of Tobacco Products and Pan Masala, Includes Machine and Production Logs.</h1> The Government of Goa has issued a notification under the Goa Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, outlining special procedures for registered manufacturers of specified goods. These manufacturers must submit details of their packing machines using FORM SRM-I within 30 days of the notification, and any new machines must be reported within 24 hours via FORM SRM-IIA. Additional records, including daily input and production logs, must be maintained in specified formats (FORM SRM-IIIA and SRM-IIIB). A monthly statement (FORM SRM-IV) summarizing inputs and production must be submitted by the tenth of each month. The notification applies to goods listed in the Schedule, such as various tobacco products and pan masala.
