These manufacturers must submit details of their packing machines using FORM SRM-I within 30 days of the notification, and any new machines must be reported within 24 hours via FORM SRM-IIA. Additional records, including daily input and production logs, must be maintained in specified formats (FORM SRM-IIIA and SRM-IIIB). A monthly statement (FORM SRM-IV) summarizing inputs and production must be submitted by the tenth of each month. The notification applies to goods listed in the Schedule, such as various tobacco products and pan masala.
