of <h1>Maharashtra Amends Notification 12/2017 to Include Satellite Launch Services in GST Exemptions Effective July 27, 2023.</h1> The Maharashtra State Government has amended Notification No. 12/2017-State Tax (Rate) under the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Effective from July 27, 2023, the amendment modifies the entry against serial number 19C in the notification table to include 'Satellite launch services.' This change, made in public interest and based on the Council's recommendations, updates the original notification published on June 29, 2017, and follows a previous amendment made on March 23, 2023.
