of <h1>Madhya Pradesh Amends GST Notification: Extension from June 30 to August 31, Effective Retroactively.</h1> The State Government of Madhya Pradesh has amended Notification No. CT-8-0004-2023-Sec-1-V(CT) (11) dated 21st April 2023, under the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendment changes the date from '30th day of June, 2023' to '31st day of August, 2023.' This amendment is effective retroactively from 30th June 2023, as ordered by the Deputy Secretary on behalf of the Governor of Madhya Pradesh.
