of <h1>Haryana Govt Amends GST Notification: Deadline Extended from June 30, 2023, to August 31, 2023, Effective Retroactively.</h1> The Haryana Government, under the authority of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has amended Notification No. 13/GST-2, dated April 24, 2023. The amendment changes the deadline in the proviso from '30th day of June, 2023' to '31st day of August, 2023.' This amendment is retroactively effective from June 30, 2023. The notification is issued by the Principal Secretary of the Excise and Taxation Department.
