of <h1>SAED Rate for High-Speed Diesel Exports Set at Rs. 1/Litre from August 1, 2023, per Notification No. 25/2023.</h1> The Central Government has amended Notification No. 04/2022-Central Excise, dated June 30, 2022, under Notification No. 25/2023-Central Excise, dated July 31, 2023. This amendment prescribes the Special Additional Excise Duty (SAED) rate for exports of high-speed diesel oil at Rs. 1 per litre. The amendment is made under the authority of the Central Excise Act, 1944, and the Finance Act, 2002, in the public interest. The revised rate will be effective from August 1, 2023.
