of <h1>Kerala amends GST Notification to update Foreign Trade Policy references, effective July 27, 2023, aligning with 2023 policy.</h1> The Government of Kerala has amended Notification G.O.(P) No.220/2018/TAXES, dated 31st December 2018, under the Kerala State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendments involve substituting 'paragraph 4.41' with 'paragraph 4.40' and updating definitions related to the Foreign Trade Policy and Handbook of Procedures to align with the Foreign Trade Policy 2023, effective from 1st April 2023. These changes, recommended by the Goods and Services Tax Council, are in the public interest and took effect on 27th July 2023.
