of <h1>Rajasthan Extends GSTR-10 Amnesty Deadline to August 31, 2023 u/s 128 of GST Act 2017.</h1> The Government of Rajasthan has issued a notification extending the amnesty period for non-filers of GSTR-10 under the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The original deadline of June 30, 2023, has been extended to August 31, 2023. This amendment is made under the authority of section 128 of the Act, based on the recommendations of the Council. The notification, effective retroactively from June 30, 2023, modifies a previous notification dated April 1, 2023.
