of <h1>Rajasthan Extends Amnesty Deadline for Non-Filers of GSTR-9 to August 31, 2023, u/s 128 of GST Act.</h1> The Government of Rajasthan has issued a notification extending the amnesty period for non-filers of GSTR-9 under the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendment changes the deadline from June 30, 2023, to August 31, 2023. This extension is made under the authority of section 128 of the Act, following the recommendations of the Council. The notification is effective retroactively from June 30, 2023, and was issued by the Finance Department's Tax Division.
