of <h1>Rajasthan GST Act: Amnesty Scheme Deadline Extended to August 31, 2023, for Section 62 Assessment Orders.</h1> The Government of Rajasthan has issued a notification under the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, extending the deadline for the amnesty scheme related to the deemed withdrawal of assessment orders under Section 62. The original deadline of June 30, 2023, has been extended to August 31, 2023. This amendment is based on recommendations from the Council and is effective retroactively from June 30, 2023. The notification was authorized by the Joint Secretary to the Government.
