It exempts integrated tax on the supply of gold, silver, or platinum by nominated agencies to registered persons. Amendments include substituting 'paragraph 4.41' with 'paragraph 4.40' and updating definitions for 'Foreign Trade Policy' and 'Handbook of Procedures' according to recent government notifications. This notification takes effect on July 27, 2023.
