of <h1>Jammu & Kashmir Reconstitutes GST Advance Ruling Authority; New Members Include State and CGST Tax Officials.</h1> The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has issued notification SO-654 on December 5, 2022, under the Jammu and Kashmir Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This notification supersedes the previous notification SRO-534 dated December 29, 2017. It reconstitutes the Jammu and Kashmir Goods and Services Tax Advance Ruling Authority. The new composition includes the Additional Commissioner of State Taxes (Tax Planning, Policy and Advance Ruling) as a member, along with the Joint Commissioner of the CGST Commissionerate, Jammu. The notification is issued by the Finance Department of Jammu and Kashmir.
