of <h1>Punjab GST Act Amendment: Aquatic, Poultry, Cattle Feed & Supplements Added; Husk of Pulses Now Included.</h1> The Government of Punjab has amended Notification No. S.O.18/P.A.5/2017/S.11/2017, dated June 30, 2017, under the Punjab Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendment, effective from January 1, 2023, revises the Schedule in the original notification. It modifies the entry for serial number 102 to include aquatic feed, poultry feed, cattle feed, and various supplements and additives. Additionally, a new serial number 102C is added, covering husk of pulses, concentrates, and related items. This amendment is issued by the Department of Excise and Taxation, based on the Governor's approval and Council recommendations.
