of <h1>CBIC Notification 46/2023 amends exchange rates for Turkish Lira under Customs Act, effective June 24, 2023.</h1> The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs has issued Notification No. 46/2023, amending Notification No. 44/2023-CUSTOMS (N.T.) dated 15th June 2023, under the authority of the Customs Act, 1962. Effective from 24th June 2023, the amendment revises the exchange rate for the Turkish Lira in Schedule-I. The new rates are set at 3.40 Indian Rupees for imported goods and 3.15 Indian Rupees for export goods.
