The amendment modifies the original notification by changing the penalty waiver deadline from March 31, 2021, to June 30, 2021, and the start date for compliance from April 1, 2021, to July 1, 2021. This amendment is effective retroactively from March 30, 2021, as per the powers granted by Section 128 of the Telangana GST Act, 2017.
