of <h1>Delhi GST Update: Amendment to Notification No. 2/2017 Adds New Item 'Rab' Effective March 1, 2023.</h1> The notification amends Notification No. 2/2017-State Tax (Rate) dated 30th June 2017, under the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Issued by the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi, it introduces an amendment to the schedule against S. No. 94 by adding a new item: '(iii) Rab, other than pre-packaged and labelled.' This amendment is effective from 1st March 2023. The notification is issued by the Finance (Expenditure-I) Department of Delhi and signed by the Deputy Secretary. The principal notification was previously amended on 21st March 2023.
